RAISE have developed a team of advisors who will work one-to-one with customers, building an understanding of where they want to get to and then developing a plan of how they can get there.
RAISE has an awareness of how everyone's situation is different. A customer might be at the start of their career; need to re-train to change careers; may have family caring responsibilities, or might be struggling with the motivation they need to get back on track.
