Pupils are exchanging ideas with parents and grandparents. They want to plan and take action on climate change. In the process they are gaining science knowledge and skills in expressing their views, writing persuasively, in self-organising and family learning.
Young people want adults to engage and join them on practical inter-generational learning projects, including a ‘Carbon Classroom’ in the Manchester Arndale Centre.
