Inter-Generational Climate Change Learning Project - 17, 18 and 19 June

Eco teams in Manchester schools are learning about climate change and working hard to communicate the issues with each other and adults in their communities.

Pupils are exchanging ideas with parents and grandparents. They want to plan and take action on climate change. In the process they are gaining science knowledge and skills in expressing their views, writing persuasively, in self-organising and family learning.

Young people want adults to engage and join them on practical inter-generational learning projects, including a ‘Carbon Classroom’ in the Manchester Arndale Centre.
