LINK Two is recruiting Community Navigators to help isolated older people. In this role you will befriend clients, find out what their needs are and support them in accessing existing community activities and services.
We’re looking for sociable and proactive volunteers who are passionate about helping isolated people. Currently recruiting in Whalley Range, Moss Side and Hulme. Training is provided.
